I too want to know the name of the one Mormon God please.
Absolutely right,Sontagged, it is the test of the whole of the teachings. Those Pentecostals who interview Devils are stupid as well as crazy, because Devils lie. Those whose teaching in effect “spiritualise” Jesus Christ, are of Anti-Christ. The Spirit of Truth teachs that Jesus Christ is the only true God, who came in the flesh(ie became a man) to save us. the phrase in i John 4 is lterally “has come and remains in the flesh”. I have written a book about first John called “Mending the Nets” I would gladly send you as a gift if you give me an adress- Keep fighting the good fight brother!
Amen Col.
If you were temple wed to all three for time and eternity, then no. The 'husband' is the only one who can call you through the veil and enter into eternal godhood and marriage, so which ever husband calls you thru is the one you are stuck with. You could be married for eternity via proxy to the dead to be his wife later. It all gets pretty contorted.
Why do Mormons always quote the one “DUH” prophecy Joseph Smith made when so many of them were false?
It sounds to me as if after the first visit, there was some antagonism by the guy who made the "comment about my journal and my bed." Perhaps you didn't give him the answers he wanted to hear.
I imagine the second guy was some kind of reinforcement brought along because the first visit was fruitless.
Mormons have fostered the idea that they are all just "the nicest people in the world" and unfortunately way too many folks have bought into that, but if you were to spend some time reading the comments on these FR mormon threads, you would find that it simply isn't true.
I hope you have decided to cut off any contact with the sect after your experience.
So how can one human say that another humans confession is NOT true?

Good question. I really is. I used to wonder about that myself, but the more time I spent around true believers, the more I saw that a true confession cannot be faked. The words change, the behavior changes, God shines through them.
I have known people who claimed to be Christians, I was once one myself, without really being born again (a true confession of faith). They say the words but don’t mean them. This is where spiritual discernment comes in.
Sometimes we do not know. However, in order to have a true cofession of faith, to really be born again, you must know the TRUE Christ. When i deal with the LDS (I used to be LDS), I know that their belief rests on a false Christ, one made up by Joseph Smith.
Christ changed me when I truly believed in Him, when I put my faith in Him, when I called Him “LORD” and meant it. It wasn’t just something I saw, but something others saw in me (and commented). When my best friend got saved a few years ago, she didn’t notice any change, but I saw it right off.
Only God knows our hearts, but true Christian faith can’t be truly faked. Other believers know.
LOL! I think the Buddhists got a shot or two in there :-)
Thank you. Obfuscation by mormon apologists here just serve to make our point all the more strongly. The light shines and the darkness scurrys away.
Thank you for the explanation.
It may have LAWS against FARM ANIMALS.

Not our town, we even have a rather large Chicken coop. Most of the farmers have moved their farm shops and out buildings into town. We are more like a farm commune.
One kid (no pun intended), walks his goat down Second street in the summer on a leash.
Morning, T!
But of course EVERYBODY is destined for hell. Unless we give up trying to save ourselves and hold out our hand to receive the gift we're being offered by Jesus.
There simply is no other possible way out of the mess we are born into.

Mornin’ my dear sister and friend :-)

I am now a “prophet' in the same vein as old Joe Smith...
