Where in the New Testament is DIVORCE sanctioned???

More to the point, where in the New Testament is DIVORCE mentioned, and what is said about it there?

Paul is the only NT writer to comment on Divorce.

annulment = Catholic divorce

Divorce is permitted in Jesus own words in the case of adultery. (Matthew 5, 19 and Mark 10) but it was not the plan from the beginning.

There is NO allusion to anything like annulment at all in the Bible.
