Hey, you're right on both counts. I don't think any offense was intended and certainly none is taken. Everyone has the equivalent of horse thieves and bastard children in their family tree. If they don't, it is only because they haven't looked hard enough.

Whether Wiki is reliable or not is less the point than the fact that all men are imperfect. Only one perfect man ever walked on the earth and he wasn't exactly a man, he was the Son of God.
