You claimed the rabbi was one man who "kept the Law", just like Jesus, and he did so by asserting, under torture that he had recited the Shema daily and now, under torture, he "knew that he had kept it". I said he kept the commandment to love God with his whole heart, etc.
Did you learn your Judaism from Protestant sources too? Try a Jewish source.
