My wife's friend (who I served with) just wrote:
"One of Mike's friends from his company lost his life on Saturday fighting for our freedom :( Along with 4 others who got injured. He has an 18 month old daughter and wife he left behind. How sad."
Please pray for my friend Mike and his battles as well as all of the families involved.
No need for any compliments my way....I sent you that notice from the PGR to let you know that he would be honored in what has been a special privilege for fellow PGR members. I sensed your concern and simply tried to alleviate what worries you may have had... Sadly, the PGR people do this sort of stuff almost daily
The local people deserve all the credit, where arraignments are made, contacts, and of course the riders.
My part was to address your concerns Street, that and nothing else.
Losing a fellow Soldier that you’ve worked side by side with is like losing a family member. I’m sure this Soldier is strong enough to deal with the tragedy. There are many others who he can turn to for help. Believe me, talking about it helps a lot.
