Where did she ever say that repentance was not necessary???
Acquitted is a legal term well applied here .... we stand before God found innocent based on the merits of Christ.. Today I stand justified in Christ.. the only difference between now and at the time of my death is MY location.
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
ARE complete.. not will be complete..
1Cr 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

The book of Life contains all men; it is men who cause God to erase them from it; Revelation 3 says that very convincingly.
Rev 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Rev 17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Note the Scripture does not say erased from the book of life ..it clearly states names written in the book of life
Where she said that salvation only required belief in Jesus. She left off repentence and the damnable Reformed belief in the predestination of salvation. Did she mention those?
Note the Scripture does not say erased from the book of life ..it clearly states names written in the book of life
Go to Revelation 3 for some intelligence on that. By the way, my wife is enquiring if the hair puff is good and how the jean skirts and Keds fit...
AMEN! Roman Catholics have no clue as to what justification means. This ignorance by Rome was the very reason for the Reformation.
Men are saved by Christ's righteousness freely and mercifully imputed to them by God, and not through their own righteousness.
What a terrible deceit.
