As usual, Mark, you misquote me. Negative. As usual, I quote you accurately.
All God's elect will come to repentance. The Holy Spirit makes sure of that.
"In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth" - 2 Timothy 2:25
Once again, your lack of Scriptural understanding leads you to post Scripture which does not support what you claim. I do not blame you; that is the history of the Reformation. The WCF is full of proofs that do not support most of its claims, by the way. So you are not breaking new grounds here.

Thank God for the evidence of the written word. Your posts are empty of Scripture, Mark. And when confronted by God's word, you do not appear to understand it. The verses I provided clearly tell us God gives us the ability to repent. All good things come from God, Mark. Anyone who claims otherwise is boasting of himself, and that never ends well.
Our advice is to return to the Bible and keep reading while praying for the Holy Spirit's guidance.
