So.... where’s all the killing and torture? Those links don’t show the feds stepping in to stop it. How’d this get off topic to a survey of the religious preferences of the individual states or colonies?

When the killing started, there was no federal government. Is your education really that lacking? Do you really think that Cotton Mather is a cartoon? Do you think that Quakers (who repudiated Calvinism) wound up in Pennsylvania by accident? Do you think that the Baptists went south for the weather?
