This is basic Christianity 101, Mark.

The Lord has granted that I am still Christian. I guess that He has not granted that to the Reformed.

While we are still human and not God, and while we still sin because our sin nature is never completely eradicated by our sanctification, yet we are ACQUITTED OF OUR SINS BY GOD WHO ACCEPTS CHRIST AS PAYMENT FOR OUR SINS.

You cannot pull this fast one on us. You have claimed that you are written personally in the book of Life from before the creation of the universe. Now you are saying that your salvation is of your own doing. What is it? You cannot have it both ways.

Read the Bible, Mark. It's all there.

I know it is. Thank God we Catholics do not have a redacted and abridged Bible.

Take time to read the posts Mark...Dr E took not one bit of credit in her post

It is all Christ.. the Author and finisher of our Salvation .. Hbr 12:2.. He is the author of that book of life, He knows every name in it because He put it there.. .
