Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD The Hebrew text doesn't say that: it says let's decide, judge, etc. (Hebrew: yakach). The Greek Septuagint (LXX) says let's convict (or refute), etc. (Greek: ελέγχω, elegcho).
