Now take a look at Leviticus 15:19-31. Let me summarize. Most of these passages have to do with a woman at that time of flow:
Lev 15:19-21 If a woman has a discharge, and the discharge from her body is blood, she shall be set apart seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening. Everything that she lies on during her impurity shall be unclean; also everything that she sits on shall be unclean.And it keeps going on and on about all that is unclean just because of her blood. We even have regulations about a "discharge" that lasts for "many days". Its all covered here. After this cycle, she is still unclean for seven more days and on the eighth must take a couple birds to the priest, one as a sin offering to make atonement for her before the LORD for the discharge of her uncleanness.
And we aren't done there, here is the kicker:
Lev 15:31-32 "Thus you shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness when they defile My tabernacle that is among them. This is the law for one who has a discharge...
Did you get that? What you propose is that Mary each month defiles the "tabernacle" under the penalty of death. [insert cheap-shot at RCC over the perversity that comes out of a bunch of men who never knew a woman who now dream up new Traditions]

It is difficult sometimes to read some of the posters comments about how they see Mary.....it’s like someone obsessing over a woman they can never have but dream about in their fantasies...and that with religious overtones in order to justify the infatuation. They really do go overboard IMO.
Time now for a RCC adjustment to Mary doctrine and claim she never had a cycle which made her unclean.
