Bringing comments from a thread that was closed LAST APRIL onto this thread, comments which have nothing to do with the present subject under discussion (unless the only subject is anti-Catholicism) is about the least logical or Christian thing I can imagine.
I was dogpiled in that thread, if you want to bring it up here, and I did not complain, and I answered those who disagreed with me. None of their arguments changed my mind. Keeping MY remarks (and not the remarks made to me) in a file, and hauling out the file when I have not participated in the Religion Forum for several weeks, appears to be a gesture calculated to start an argument.
I decline. I would like the Religion Moderator to rule about dragging stuff from old, closed threads onto a current thread, if it is not inconvenient. Because I thought that was against the RF guidelines.
If it is not against the guidelines, I chastise you, Alex, for keeping personal files on FReepers with whom you disagree, then hauling them out for some unknown purpose. Again, NOTHING any proddie said on that thread changed my mind, nothing impressed me as being Christian, and I doubt it ever will. Your actions are very like stalking, as I have purposely AVOIDED YOU due to typically unpleasant interactions.
ROE, I pinged you because you have counseled me to avoid discussion of Paul. As you can see, it is not all that simple. And others have evidently piled on.
Pinging you to my post 3785, an answer to 3770.
On that very same thread last April, you openly expressed your love for me for creating a post which listed all of your comments re Paul's loony-ship. Allow me to quote your reply to me, verbatim....
....yes you, Judith Anne, said that you loved me for making the very same post that you're now chastising me for. And speaking of convenience, what's this paranoid nonsense about my "keeping personal files"? Everything you've ever posted on FR is public history for all to read. For that matter, so it everything I've every posted. Anyone can find any comment ever made on FR, if they know where to look. The day that I "keep personal files on Freepers with whom I disagree", I will accept your chastisement. Today is not that day. Tomorrow doesn't look so good, either. To: Alex Murphy
Alex, I love you! That is SO convenient.

So (in your personal opinion) Paul's still a loony who's off his meds? Despite the Catholic Church declaring him a saint?
Your actions are very like stalking, as I have purposely AVOIDED YOU due to typically unpleasant interactions.
And don't think that I'm not grateful.
In this case the original thread was locked so it would be reasonable to begin the argument anew on one new thread by referencing the original posts.
But it's a one time thing, so Alex Murphy if this is not the hill you want to fight on, let me know and I will pull 3770 and this sidebar.
Why else would anyone fastidiously collect and catalog posting histories if not to use them as ammunition on future ambushes?
