“present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any; such thing; but that it should be holy, and without blemish” (Eph. 5:27)

As a Bible-believing Christian I celebrate the purification of the Catholic Church every time it occurs.

As a Bible-believing Christian I celebrate the purification of the Catholic Church every time it occurs.

The difference is that the Scriptures are speaking of a spiritual purification while the Inquisition was a blood bath whereby the papacy literally burned innocent men, women and children.

Rome has always had a difficult time understanding the difference.

To wish for a return to the Inquisition is sick and reveals a diseased mind and spirit.
