Christ was not a victim. Christ free gave himself as a sacrifice An innocent man killed for the sins of others is a victim, HD. Saint Luke certainly thought so. There is nothing just about his suffering and dying for sinners. Nor is mercy a form of justice.
While you might think that Greek is such a pure language, when translating into English there are nuances to terms.
Greek has more nuances than English can translate. But it's not about the "purity." It's what words in it mean. Greek is not at fault. Translations are.

An innocent man killed for the sins of others is a victim, HD. Our Lord Jesus specificaly told us:
Jhn 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
Jhn 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
Please note that God the Father did not take Christ life from Him and neither did any man. Christ laid down His life and He knew that if He laid down His life, God would raise Him.
In what part of this scripture is Christ a victim? I would say that He certainly sacrificed but I see nothing that would show that he was "killed" for our sins. He gave Himself up for our sins. A big difference.
