Jesus Accused by His Family

Mark 3:20 Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered, so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat. 21 When his FAMILY heard about this, THEY WENT TO TAKE CHARGE OF HIM, for they said, “He is out of his mind.” .....

31 Then Jesus’ MOTHER and brothers ARRIVED. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him. 32 A crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, “Your MOTHER and brothers are outside looking for you.”

Would MARY's accusing Jesus of insanity be a sin?

.
Mary never denied her sinful condition, and declared Christ her God and savior.

No member of the body of Christ would ever assert that Mary or any other human was without sin. Such a belief would negate belief in Christ as he declared himself, thus precluding salvation.

Actually one could look at it as blaspheming the Holy Spirit..
