Offcourse, Cyprian never accepted Papal authority as noted in his rejection of Pope Stephen's demanded submission Wrong Again! You don't seem to understand how infallibility operates and Blessed Cyprian going against a Pope on re-baptism says nothing about rejecting infallibility since re-baptism is not now or ever was infallible . Many of the Church fathers and Saints have corrected Popes when they are not speaking infallibly.
You really need to do better homework on this topic before posting crap you read off the internet
