well since the bible is the true and inspired word of God, and in it God explains through Paul, that He has ordained from the beginning Paul's place in the Plan of Salvation--- so... is Paul a liar? is God a liar? Do you not accept all of the NT as the inspired word of God?

Obviously you don't believe Gods word...If the scripture is true, Paul was God's instrument and you put in your own word of apostle. It is you that made God a liar, by calling Paul apostle and not instrument as Jesus called him...so twist yourself in a pretzel to make Jesus say what he didn't say...your problem not mine.
