We are twelve miles east of Zion National Park. I took that earlier shot this morning at sunrise, blocking out the sun with the pillar in the middle. That Mountain on the left is called Sugar Knoll. The one to the far right is Diana's Throne.

It is now the beautiful time of year with all the cottonwoods turning gold.

If you do buy a ton of stuff, nobody will show up.

Yup... last night at Elsie's Fall Festival.

I'll be eating tubular Mystery Meat for a month!

My Old Man was a tour guide at Zion in the Late ‘30’s, after he graduated into unemployment from UU, CCS. A stunning area.

Whe they opened the tunnel in the early thirties, one was able to come over to the east side. Your father most likely made that run a few times.

I am going to save this for my Old Ma, she will have a better appreciation, at 90. My father believed that vacations focus on a subject or history, we lost thousand’s of photos to a flooded basement.

Why does the LDS believe that Sunday is the Sabbath? Sunday is the Lords day, but it is certainly not the Sabbath.

I guess it is concerning to Christians when you throw words around and don’t understand their true meaning. Sabbath was a day to rest from the law and rest with worship. Christians now rest everyday with the Lord Jesus Christ. We start the week with the Lord and he gives us rest from our labors every single day.
