I was being careful (perhaps overly so).

I personally do not know any member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the LDS or "Mormon" church) who claims to be a non-Christian. However, I do not know all members of the LDS church or their claims.

Instead of "usually" I might have said something like "without exception that I know of," but that seems a bit cumbersome.
