My favorite sequence of questions for mormons is as follows:
1. Do Mormons belive God created man? Yes
2. Was God once a man? Yes
3. If the answer to the first two questions are yes; what person, being, spirit created the first man that became the first god, and why is that person, being,or spirit not God? Answer is always, “God has not chosen to reveal that to us.”
Obviously, their beliefs in this regard are logically impossible and they know it; but if they admit it, their entire belief systems is destroyed.
Eggs ackley. And there are more points of irrational heresy which would do the same devastation to the hive mindset if allowed to settle into the Mormon mind. It is interesting to hear those who’ve Mormonism tell what sparked the awakening.
