I think the Catholic vote will go with the republicans this time, for one thing conservative turn out will be better than the liberal, and that will apply within voting blocks also.
They will be doing in November what they do daily. excusing and defending the indefensible. Twisting scripture, changing it, reading between the lines, searching for ways to exalt the very ones who chose to make of themselves no reputation. ANd yet, at the same time, tearing down those who so clearly could lead them out of spiritual bondange and into the freedom that is to be found only in the Finished Work of Christ. Strange but true actions for some 2000 years and some ONE BILLION strong...so they like to brag..
