It is his obsession but I am beggining to wonder if the Salt Lake Tribune isn’t also obsessed.

They are printing these stories and for some reason pointing out the perps are LDS and what their position is in the church.

It’s puzzling and odd.

Part and parcel of the media’s anti-Christian bias generally. If it was done by a Muslim, you’d never know his religious affiliation. Most of the time when there’s a terrorist attack or an attempt it takes them a day before admitting it was a Muslim who did it.

Most child molestion happens outside church organizations. However, the media does not really care about child molestion. They care about bringing down faith by presenting the appearance that Christians/Catholics Priests and Ministers are evil people - child molestors. In the mean time, liberal media perverts advocate “comprehensive sex education” which is opening up children to massive child molestion and sexual manipulation.

You will never see an article exploring the totality of child molestation in public schools. Only churches. And you won’t see a person of one religion post article about the perverts nailed in their church organization; only the other church organizations they feel are inferior to their own. We are a dandy bunch.

I wouldn’t read too much into the SLTRIB running stories that contain someones position in the LDS church.

Position in the LDS church is everything for the people of Utah. If the person does some heroic deed that is also cause for bringing up their position in the LDS church.

Position and appearance is everything in LDS culture. It goes along with pride and the belief that works will save you. If your works saved you wouldn’t you make sure everyone knew your good deeds and everyone else’s bad deeds.
