You are going back to Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus etc. regarding the burnt offering. Christ is our offering.
In the new testament, the word “aroma” is used as well.
2 Corinthians 2:15
For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.
I’m getting the feeling we have a lot of “Jewish Christians” here.
