The good Dr. E. had some problems with the Incarnation of Jesus.

You've made this crude and loony statement before, Mark. What could you possibly mean by it?

Or are you mind-reading again?

Speaking of crude and loony statements, how about this one (#6263)

Perhaps muslims aren't such an enemy of Rome afteraall. Perhaps muslims serve a purpose of Rome by further destroying people and cultures which are not under Rome's control.

Perhaps you could explain what you mean by that?

Really? I don't remember making any crude or loony statements.

What could you possibly mean by it?

The role of Mary as Mother of God, for instance. The role of Jesus as Saviour of the World, for another.

Or are you mind-reading again?

I'd have to get my scanning electron microscope again. :)
