The only way this cannot contradict your church’s doctrine in the Westminster Confession is if all “the countless mortals taken from life while yet infants” are predestined elect I have already mentioned to Dr. E that Calvin's position toys with works-based damnation, which is a clear contradiction of the Reformed belief in double predestination.
