What a lame statement to make that “I have seen it posted many times by You guys that one has to go thru Mary to attain salvation”. Who exactly made this statement and where did they make it? It is so easy to fabricate and disseminate this fiction. The Church never taught this so even if “YOU GUYS” did make such a statement it has no validity. Where is the proof? What church document document corroborates your testimony? You can't provide the evidence since it doesn't exist.

Yada, Yada, Yada...

5. And likewise in our own day, Mary, with the ever merciful affection so characteristic of her maternal heart, wishes, through her efficacious intercession with God, to deliver her children from the sad and grief-laden troubles, from the tribulations, the anxiety, the difficulties, and the punishments of God's anger which afflict the world because of the sins of men. Wishing to restrain and to dispel the violent hurricane of evils which, as We lament from the bottom of Our heart, are everywhere afflicting the Church, Mary desires to transform Our sadness into joy. The foundation of all Our confidence, as you know well, Venerable Brethren, is found in the Blessed Virgin Mary. For, God has committed to Mary the treasury of all good things, in order that everyone may know that through her are obtained every hope, every grace, and all salvation. For this is His will, that we obtain everything through Mary.[3]

This is from your EWTN...What an unGodly and anti Christian religion that would spew such an atrocious lie...

When will you understand it is the Vatican not some TV program that constitutes and proclaims Catholic doctrine. How can you refute the contention that God did not commit to Mary the treasury of all good things? Oh that's right it ain't in the Bible although the Bible does mention she is full of grace. So where in the Bible does it claim Sola Scriptura? Oh that's right it doesn't.

That is why I contend that if ones critical analysis is is so wanting than how can one claim to correctly interpret scripture.

Do not confuse TV programs with official church doctrine.

You heard it here first: Jesus was not incarnate of Mary and was not brought to birth by her AND/OR Jesus is not everything we need for salvation.

It's a doctrine. It's not a Catholic doctrine, but it's a doctrine. For those who like that sort of thing, it's the sort of thing they like, to paraphrase Lincoln.

Me, I'm sticking with the Bible. I read that in Him all things hold together. I read that He will subdue all things under His feet and yield them up to the Father. I read that He was born of Mary. There it all is.
