When I see people praying in public I see hypocrites praying to be seen. Obviously Jesus did too. I'm just curious why you didn't ping any of your Catholic "buds" in this post. Are you afraid they may take offense that you consider them hypocrites, too?

I'm just curious why you didn't ping any of your Catholic "buds" in this post. Are you afraid they may take offense that you consider them hypocrites, too? Because the biggest proponents of public prayer in schools, picnics, public manifestations, etc. are the Protestants. Praying in churches in not really public prayer, although people who stand in front of the church to show off to the whole world how zealous they are are hypocrites.
