In this late stage of my life with allergies, flavor enhancers are my biggest problem. That includes MSG, all the autolized and hydrolyzed protein and worst of all disodium insonate and disodium guynalate. They have also made a flavor enhancer made from corn (maltodextrin)and it gives me a double whammy.

Yup, the old maltodextrin trick ~ pretty much an individual thing.
However, flavor enhancers, MSG, hydrolyzed protein, etc. may be mixed into a wheat flour base ~
You want to avoid a substance called "Modified Food Starch". You do not need to avoid "Modified Corn Starch".
My whole family is trained in this stuff as I said.

I get a super sudden intense pressure in my head and ears, and my blood pressure drops suddenly, and I pass out. Doctors refuse to acknowledge it's real. I guess when I'm dead they'll be convinced. Prob not
