Okay, dont laugh on this one. It was a diagnosis for my German shepherd.. Super allergic. Digestive problems, sores on skin, lack of energy, lack of appetite...

I had done a lot research.. and when I started her on this, I also started ME on this. (BTW I am a vegetarian & already on a lot of supplements & follow the Fit for Life & a modified Mediterranean & modified macrobiotic)

I read how German shepherds and many people are allergic to molds & mildews that they pick up from grain products. Primarily wheat. I have gone to barley, wild rice & brown rice now primarily. For her it was scratch cooking & buying products that were safe.

The help also included high vitamin E, B1, Night primrose Oil. They said it would take 3 months to see a difference but I stated noting it in 2 weeks. I made all her food fresh & no cheap dry/wet food. The pretty high end that did not have the products at fault.

I have since read so much about the negative effects of mold mildew on foods/digestion etc.

I would seriously recommend you try to find a naturopathic physician. They are state certified & a genuine doc like a MD, osteopath etc. Just their emphasis is natural & not just piling meds on symptoms, but finding the cause. They do different tests. This is not voodoo. I am very impressed with the work they have done with my cancer patients

I have had many friends who have had excellent results with acupuncture over the years. (again the Chinese practitioners would recommend).

God is our ultimate physician but he gives us helpers professionally & with friends to find the way to understand our bodies. We in the USA do abuse, neglect our bodies.

I just got a couple names of people to check out from someone at church today.

And even my OB highly recommended a naturalist in a nearby city who has a great track record.

I’ve been waiting until this month is over. I have three kids moving off to college within the next week, one to LA for grad school, and two to their respective colleges a couple hours away.

I will actually have time to plan after this.
