I feel very fortunate to never have a migraine anymore, unless I eat corn. Corn is hard to avoid because it is in so many things. Unfortunately the allergies to other things have continued to increase. I have many drug allergies and that disturbs me because someday I may need something to keep me alive and I won't be able to take it. Luckily I am extremely healthy for a 70 year old and I have asked the Lord to take me quickly when he is ready for me. My prayers for your health and comfort.

Oh, yeah, the 283 mg/dl sugar count migraines ~ that’s not quite an “allergy” but insulin helps a lot. I’ve heard of folks with chronic hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) having those headaches all the time.
