I’ve been taking Vitamin D, although not that much. And been getting plenty of sun this wonderful summer.

I’ve had blood work for that and it shows normal levels, just like everything else....

FYI the test for vitamin D and thyroid are compared to a national average. That includes all the 6’+ 350 pounds.

My Dr found a study that said if you live north of the southern boarder of Tenn you are deficient.

So far all the Sa'ami have found they need B-12. You must use the sublingual pills that you place under your tongue to dissolve. That bypasses your gut which isn't absorbing B-12.
