That sounds just like what the doctor was talking about.

He said that sometimes a few months off food seems to let the body adjust itself and when you go off it, you can eat again.

I noticed that he said *sometimes*.

And if it doesn’t???

I didn’t ask....

You are mentioning what are known as "rotating allergies". I worked for a lady once who had the coffee/tea/chocolate "rotating allergy". This is not to be mistaken for the "chocolate" allergy ~ and that, BTW, can be Celiac since much "chocolate liquor" (spelled various ways) is cacao blended with WHEAT FLOUR. Beware cheap chocolate candies at COSTCO ~

I ran into another discussion of "rotating allergies" today and some of them involve beans.

It's like you can eat something until your t-cells get more edumacated and then they switch to that, so you can go back to the other thing until the t-cells decide to go back to it too.

Every so often I hear of people with your problem. It’s not common, but it’s not unheard of. Sounds like you have a wicked case of it. The problem is, it’s one of those things that doctors can’t figure out, and have no pat answer for, like cancer or heart disease.

I knew a woman years ago who had it with toxins or chemicals in the environment. She spent two years at death’s door, because she reacted to anything. She couldn’t be near groups of people - even their deodorant or cleansers would set it off.

She ended up living in practically a bubble. It was sort of beyond MD’s experience at the time, but they couldn’t argue with the health problems she was dealing with - they were extreme and definately not psychosomatic, and she nearly died from reactions several times.

She started to have some improvement after spending a boatload of money to remove the mercury from her teeth. At the time I knew her she was very happy because that did seem to really help. She did get into some experimental program, and I lost touch with her.

I know it’s hard. I’ve been praying for you.
