Actually, this does not address any of his points. Rather, this is an ad hominem attack. A tactic used in debate when one has nothing of consequence or noteworthy to say and no way to refute what has been said by one's opponent.

You are familiar with the Straw Man tactic. Yes?

Positing a false definition of Sola Scriptura and then attacking that definition is a classic Straw Man tactic.

It is not considered ethical, by ethical people, that is.
