I couldn’t read much of it. Barbarism beyond belief. It is beyond my comprehension how one human being to inflict such horror and pain on another, much less claiming it was in the name of Christ.
Not surprising certain catholics are going to flood the thread with information contrary to the facts surrounding the Inquisition and as well attempt to bring up other issues than that of the cruelty and barbaric happenings at the time. I have stated my position on this...but to dive into all that might ensue...well..been there before.
The standard catholic manual they used for torturing woman, gruesome as it can be.

Kraemer and Sprenger were ordered to give every assistance by bishop, priest, and lay authority. As guidelines for the monstrous pogrom of witches that was to ensue, the two ‘holy’ brothers produced a primer, “THE MALLEUS MALEFICORUM” which went into details as gruesome as possible TO ENABLE DUTIFUL INQUISITORS TO FORCE CONFESSIONS FROM A TORTURED BODY. It became the standard manual for witch-hunting and witch extermination.”
