I believe, though I may be wrong, that the washing of the feet is part of the Holy Thursday services in many Anglican, Lutheran and Methodist churches.

Some local parishes do it. My old church in Lincoln did, though the one I grew up did not.

I have sometimes wondered if it didn't have something to do with where the original immigrants came from.
