What you don’t get is that a numinous experience is not comparable to a material experience.

Ahhhhh....yesyesyes...numinous experience not being comparable to a material experience...Here's an experience that will be both numinous and material: "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the LOVE OF THE TRUTH, that they might BE SAVED." (2 Thess. 2:9,10).

A numinous experience, a material experience, a spiritual experience, and a physical experience.
