Irrelevant. Let's begin again.

Nope. It's entirely relevant to a discussion of the disposition (so to speak) of the separated brethren. It also can be seen as clarifying and refining Unam Sanctam.

It has nothing to do with my questions concerning whether UNAM SANCTAM is Catholic Teaching and/or whether it is an Infallible Declaration.

Is it that you have no idea as to the correct answers?

I am sympathetic as to the reason for your refusal to directly answer the simple "yes" or "no" questions:

Is UNAM SANCTAM Catholic Teaching?

Is UNAM SANCTAM an "Infallible Declaration"?

The simple answer is you don't know the answer and you don't care to say "I don'tknow because there is no such thing as an official list of the 'few' Infallible declarations".

Let me help you.

THERE IS NO TEACHING OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH WHICH IS SO CLEAR IT CANNOT BE DENIED, MODIFIED, OR REINTERPRETED AS REQUIRED.

Your refusal, or inability, to answer these simple questions signals an end to this conversation.
