Perhaps boop is mistaken as to the prelate’s station in the Church, or perhaps she has a different official in mind. I'm responsible for Quix's mistaking Monsignore Balducci's station in the Church. I erroneously said he was a cardinal; but he is not. Belatedly, I corrected my error at Post 92.
My apologies to both of you for all the confusion!

Apologies not necessary, boop unless, of course, you feel they are. Sorry I missed your post at 92. If I had caught the post we, likewise, would have avoided the confusion. Confusion aside, I think the points we’ve each made remain valid.
