Note that I use "Group X", rather than any specific religious group. From the other guy's perspective, YOU'RE "Group X".
Note also that I'm not accusing any particular person, or particular group, of any particular malfeasance. Rather, I am suggesting that folks engage in careful examination of their own consciences, and that they seek to moderate their own behaviour. I believe that's the point of this thread ...
I used ‘group x’ because you changed my post to state ‘group x’ instead of the specific group that I mentioned.
I am not speaking in generalities, I am speaking of a very specific group of which I am a former member, knowledgeable of their teachings/history/and doctrine and the group I am called to witness to for the most part (although i am not limited to that particular group).
