While we'll disagree on the theological claims I'm glad you appear to have a confidence in your beliefs such that you are not prone to egalitarian sympathies.

Unfortunately, many of your coreligionists on this forum are infected with a form of political correctness thinking that manifests itself like dispatches from Move-On.

I've enough on my plate trying to be 'God correct' and that leaves no room for any other correct, poltical or otherwise.
I'd offer this thought to my "coreligionists" - if words, no matter how denigrating to the Catholic Church, bother you then I'd work on shoring up your faith.
Catholics burned Jeanne d'Arc at the stake and Catholics mocked, derided and laughed at Bernadette Soubirous. Catholics have allowed, at times knowingly, the ordination of sexual predators to the priesthood.
Let's get our own house in order before we worry what non-Catholics say to, or think of, us.
