A Christian can give what they want to their church. They have their free will. Why would Christians judge Christians? Aren’t both giving what they think is best and right?

You are right people may certainly give what they choose, and hopefully with joy just as Christ admonished. However, I have a serious problem with any religion who tracks your giving, and penalizes when you fall behind the amount they have determined you need to give, in order to permit or decline your attendance to their functions and or sanctuary. The Mormon Church does just.... that from my understanding. So there's more than a serious breach there from what Christ admonished.

The LDS faith teaches 10% tithing. Restornu, do they examine bank records or tax returns to prove income? Is it paid on net or gross?

Why does the Mormon Church track your giving?
