it's hard to realize that all this time, a human being was not necessary to intercede on your behalf. Who said it was NECESSARY? I said it wasn't forbidden, and invited you to prove that Christ is our ONLY mediator, which YOU stated. It is a spiritual work of mercy to pray for someone, to intercede/mediate on their behalf to Christ.

Christ is the
only mediator necessary. Yes we are to pray for one another but I guess what is difficult for us 'non-catholics' why you continue with your idol worship of a human being (pope) and those who have passed (I'm sure you have the list).
If you didn't believe it was necessary, why do you continue to profess that it is? Then scoffing at those of us that follow the scriptures and know that it is Christ alone that we approach.
