Taking care of the poor is the work of believers. It isn't something you vote off to the government to do for you. That is NOT fulfilling the believer's responsibility to feed the hungry and clothe the poor.

I did a mission in Mexico some time ago.. you can not imagine the poverty of WORKING people ...... It is something men do because they are saved.. not to get saved.....
