I haven’t seen a scriptural justification for believing that the apostles themselves — much less popes, pastors and priest 2000 years thereafter — were doctrinally infallible into perpetuity.

I recall extremely limited circumstances where infallibiliy was temporarily granted. I will acknowledge that the apostles themselves were likely right almost all of the time. However, I do not believe Peter or Paul were infallible ... so I certainly do not believe anyone today is infallible.

We read the whole post. It was self-defeating because you whined at the beginning, and then said at the end that whining means you shouldn’t expect to be taken seriously. Thus, you shouldn’t expect me to take the rest of the post seriously. That’s what made the whole thing funny.
