"A few weeks later, on September 20, 1918, Padre Pio was praying in the choir loft in the Church of Our Lady of Grace, when the same Being who appeared to him on August 5, appeared again. It was the wounded Christ. When the ecstasy ended, Padre Pio had received the Visible Stigmata, the five wounds of Christ, which would stay with him for his remaining 50 years" --St. Padre Pio

Do you believe everything someone tells you?

2 Corinthians 11:14-15 14And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

If it doesn't agree with Scripture, it's not of God.

“If it doesn’t agree with Scripture, it’s not of God.”

The gist of the matter, the touch stone of belief.

There are over 10,000 named saints and beati from history, the Roman Martyology and Orthodox sources, but no definitive "head count". --Link

I have no reason to discredit the saints. They followed Scripture, loved the Eucharist, and loved Our Lady. All to the maximum!
