Even if she was immaculately conceived, that doesn’t mean that she never sinned.
But since she sinned, then what would be the point of being immaculately conceived. It would be a waste of an immaculate conception then.
It would only be useful if she had never sinned and since Scripture tells us that all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory, and that Mary herself recognized her need for a Redeemer, then there is no way to presume that she didn’t sin.
What do you think would happen to a Catholic who claimed that Mary sinned in her life?
A baby is born, draws a single breath and dies. What ACTUAL sin has the baby committed?
Mary herself recognized her need for a Redeemer,
She was redeemed at the moment of conception. That is why Gabriel told her he Lord was with her.
