We have Ephesians stating that Paul wrote the letter, verse one. So is God then a liar?

Paul didn't write Ephesians, nor did he write Hebrews. God is not a liar.

Paul wrote the letter to the Ephesians, he claims it in the first verse and again in Chapter 3, verse one.

Paul never claimed to have written Hebrews although the book is consistent with his theology and knowledge of Jewish religious traditions. It is likely it was written by his close companion Barnabus, an educated Greek Jew.
