God is all and has all, so saint and sinner alike are his, no one and nothing exists that he doesn't encompass.

Christ is the Gate keeper who all must pass hung on the Cross where his blood was shed for ALL sin not just some sin.

I would add God's command to those who think they are not his is "Come to The Cross and be saved!" your sin debt has been paid do not be foolish and ignore the gift of your salvation.
