Adultery certainly has a long history. If you google "adultery among male protestant ministers," you'll find a number of sources saying that about 30% of male ministers have had extramarital affairs. The number of abusive priests is somewhere between 1% and 4%.

Nevertheless, I think talking about "Presbyterian adultery camps" would be way out of line.

Which is why I don't do it.

Part of the problem with your example is that adultery happens between two consenting adults although a person in a high position could use that position to be abusive. An adult/child situation is always abusive.

And your statistics, even if correct, do not account for the damage 1 priest can cause with multiple victims.
