Excepting of course any typographical errors, the words and numbering should be identical.

There really is only one "Catechism of the Catholic Church," in two editions, the second edition being a mere republication with errata corrected (per the editio typica).

It should be sufficient to specify the "second edition" and if purchased new, the second edition is probably the only one available.

Thanks Petronski;

I’m not picky per se about type of binding.

I AM VERY PICKY that the binding be durable. I hate books where the spine parts with the end pages early on.

However, I’ll gladly accept whatever arrives in the same spirit and love it was sent in.
